CTO – Tech & AIJag har tillbringat större delen av mitt yrkesliv i skärningspunkten mellan teknik och produkt. Från tidiga startup-år på Unikum till att bygga och skala Avanzas plattform under en period då allt växte snabbt och kraven aldrig slutade komma. Det gav mig en djup respekt för vad som faktiskt krävs för att hålla hög kvalitet i stor skala, utan att tappa bort varför man bygger det man bygger.
Jag brinner för team som levererar på riktigt och har kul medan de gör det. Tydlighet, ärlighet och förtroende är fundament i min ledarstil och jag tror på delaktighet i vardagen för det tekniska ledarskapet. Just nu är jag genuint nyfiken på vad AI gör med hur vi utvecklar produkter. Vi är på väg mot något som förändrar arbetssätt i grunden, och det kräver att man kavlar upp ärmarna, experimenterar och vågar ha fel på vägen.
